We sign NDAs before any technical discussion of a project, and client data stays within your cloud environment or an agreed-upon secure infrastructure for the duration of an engagement. We do not train models on client data without explicit consent, and we follow practices aligned with SOC 2 and GDPR principles across our engagements.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain contact form submissions and project inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver a service you have engaged, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see "Your Rights" below.

Your Rights Over Your Information

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA (California) to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. We honor these requests regardless of where you're located.

AtlasML operates from the United States and India. Children's Privacy

This site and our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
